As Co-founder and CEO of Suite 420 Solutions, he brings his executive experience, underwriting talents and proven knack of picking the best companies to finance to lead the team. In his roles working in alternative finance, he has implemented effective credit analysis processes for successful finance companies, has consulted with alternative finance companies to implement best practices and dramatically improve efficiencies, and has evaluated over 1000 to determine credit-worthiness of prospects.

Jeffrey Barnett

Founder, Business Development

As a co-founder of Suite 420 Solutions, Jeff is bringing his special brand of entrepreneurship and strategy to the cannabis industry. He has been a founder of and instrumental in seven successful start-ups from concept to profitability, including two alternative finance companies, generating $50 million in revenue from founded companies. Jeff has spent over two decades working with entrepreneurs to help them build their businesses and has consistently been a start-up mentor. As founder of a purchase order finance company, he funded over 1000 purchase orders from consumer products companies, and raised over $25 million from accredited investors and family offices. Jeff has proven expertise positioning companies for growth domestically and internationally.

Leading the team with great energy and passion, Jeff is also a college football, boxing and current in-line hockey legend…at least that is what he tells people. In some other critical co-founder roles, he also is chief coffee maker, dishwasher and team peanut butter and jelly sandwich maker.
